Liliana Martinez is the President & Managing Broker for ORBITA, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm established in 2021, as a complimentary resource for existing and new business relationships. ORBITA focuses on working with both national, international and local clients in the purchase, sale, development, management & leasing of commercial real estate assets.

Liliana Martinez began her passion with real estate over 20 years ago, while working with Swire Properties in Miami, an international real estate developer. Her experience with many real estate owners and developers, since then, has given her a unique perspective in both residential and commercial real estate.

Today, she is responsible for acquisitions, management, construction and day-to-day operations of privately held US commercial and residential real estate assets in excess of $30M.

Hands-on leader who motivates, trains, and provides guidance to teams to ensure consistent results well beyond expectations. Organized, self-motivator, strategic problem solver with ability to work across all levels of an organization and uncover ways to cut company costs and produce new sources of revenue.

An eye for detail, a professional, at all times, and a down-to-earth personality has enabled her to earn the trust and respect from her residential, retail and commercial clients.

Born and raised in New Jersey and a Miami resident since 2010, Liliana manages a large family and enjoys establishing long lasting partnerships and relationships with her clients and friends.

Yovanny Dominguez

Yovanny Dominquez began his career as an Accountant and Financial Analyst for a publicly held healthcare firm in Nashville, Tennessee where he learned the ins and outs of running an effective business.

Being an extrovert, Yovanny knew that his experience would transition well into a career in sales.  From selling high-end goods in Nordstrom, to luxury vehicles with Vera Cadillac in Miami, Yovanny has built his sales career by establishing long term relationships while providing outstanding customer service. This sales drive earned him the General Motor’s prestigious Mark of Excellence Award and Top Salesman of the Month.

Yovanny has enhanced his commercial real estate knowledge working with a privately held real estate investment firm.  With a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University, his education and extensive knowledge of Finance, Sales and Relationship Building have given him a unique blend of analytical, sales and service techniques to keep his customers on the forefront of commercial market trends.

Brooklyn born and Tennessee raised, Yovanny has chosen Miami as his primary residence for the last seven years.
